Returns & Exchanges
The Pentyl website accepts returns or exchanges of unwanted items within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unopened, unused, or unworn as applicable.
Defective items will be replaced or exchanged within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product details. In all cases, please contact us via email to provide details of your return and obtain a returns number. You can then send the item back to us; be sure to include the return slip in your parcel for efficient processing.
Also, please obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office and keep it safe. We cannot take responsibility for items returned without a certificate of posting. If an unwanted item is returned in an unsanitary, opened, or used condition, we will have no choice but to deny your refund and return the item to you.
Certain consumable items are exempt from return once they have been opened, used, or worn. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Poppers
- Pentyl Poppers
- Room Aromas
This returns policy only applies to purchases made through the Pentyl website.
